Bluebells ended

27th May 2012
Left at around 5.30am with the Sun up and a balmy 14C. On Gover Hill, could see over T/Wells, Crowborough and beyond. As Chestnut canopy is full, Bluebells have ended. Red Campion has taken over. The Apple blossom is falling now. Wild Garlic (Ransoms) for dinner - great in gravy. Very warm now at 9am. glad I bought extra water! It smells like summer.
